Conforming Limits
FHFA data for every county, not just the metro markets.
The Federal Housing Finance Agency publishes the national conforming loan limits that determine what loans can be purchased by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. DotGovSource pairs those FHFA limits with the HUD FHA ceilings for each county so you can understand how they align.

How the limits are built
FHFA publishes `conforming_limits.xlsx` each year containing the county-level ceilings. The build script in `scripts/build_master_db.py` merges those limits with HUD FHA datasets so every state and county profile shows both ceilings with their source citations.
Drop the latest FHFA Excel file into raw_data/conforming_limits.xlsx and rerunnpm run build (after npm run generate:inflation if you also refreshed CPI data) to propagate new limits across the site.
